TOKYO SPRING 2017: Part 6 – Joenji

My short stay in Tokyo was at Nishi Shinjuku. Over the last 3 days, I always told myself to visit this temple because of the cherry blossom that was so close to where I stayed.

All 2 full days, I was out of Tokyo region or it was raining heavily. On my last day in Tokyo, I finally managed to walk into this temple and take some photos.

It was quiet but there were a number of people there too. Doing the same thing that I was doing. Admiring the beauty without the crowd.

I am not sure how does it look during Autumn, but spring was overwhelming. If you happen to be in Shinjuku, why not stop by and have a look?
